As the Product Designer I worked on the React Native app and web app creating visual designs from wireframes to final design.
Aperos Frenchies run events at trendy bars for French ex-pat who want to connect with each other. Aperos Frenchies operate in Munich, Frankfurt, Dusseldorf and recently Paris with plans to expand to other cities.
I started my design process by doing some competitor research once I had the requirements from Aperos Frenchies. Once I had completed this stage I went on to sketching wireframes and planning user-flows based on my findings.
For the user testing sessions, I teamed up with Gutsy Ninja to formulate a questionnaire to analyse specific user journeys. I used Proto.io to produce the prototype and recorded the user testing sessions using Lookback.io.
After analyzing all the videos, I changed the design according to the results. For example, every user said that they would like to see how many people are attending when they enter the event, so this was added.
